Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.

Remove the umbrella cover and open the umbrella buckle. Shake the umbrella surface, so that the umbrella opens evenly.

Find the umbrella buckle, hold the umbrella leaf from the middle in the buckle direction, and tighten the buckle strap around the umbrella leaf in a circle. Turn the umbrella down and rotate it clockwise, then it can be easily held in the umbrella cover.

Gently press the umbrella handle button, then the umbrella will be furled.

Push the umbrella up from the umbrella handle button (be careful not to press down the button) until the top of the umbrella is stuck and check whether it is firmly fastened after opening.

Arrange the umbrella rib to the umbrella holder after it is furled and then straighten the umbrella leaf one by one according to the folding marks. Arrange the umbrella leaf in the same direction.
